The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Global Travel & Expense Senior Analyst (m/f/x)* and EMEA Hub Team Member, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.  Here you will make an impact by:

  • Being first point of contact for all Global Travel & Expense and credit card related inquires from employees

  • Communicating with employees on failed expense payment, potential duplicate expense claims and multiple expense reports

  • Escalating to GTE Team Lead all non-compliance, questionable items and missed metrics

  • Checking and approving highly complex travel expense pending exception from Concur in accordance with the travel expense policy of the country

  • Being responsible for completeness, accuracy and timeliness of expense report check, and follow up issues

  • Acting as Corporate Credit Card Administrator on behalf of all countries in scope

  • Conducting airfare and financial reconciliations

  • Conducting weekly posting validation and provide weekly report

  • Engaging in ad-hoc activities such as internal/external audit, tax audit, etc

  • Participating in cross-functional projects, T&E, PCard and Meeting Card, and related deployments

  • Partnering with GTE HUB Team Lead to help manage and providing resolution for any escalated issues relating but not limited to credit card administrations, expense reporting, credit card standards, CTA administration among others

  • Actively participating in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complying with professional and quality standards, corporate policies and procedures, and acting in a manner consistent with Solventum’ s values and ethical standards

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university or minimum of one year of equivalent work experience in Global Travel & Expense, Finance, or related field

  • Experience in Concur Travel Expense Report related work

  • Excellent Communication skills (oral & written)

  • Financial accounting and internal control knowledge

  • Financial Reconciliation knowledge/experience

  • Detail oriented/accurate and thorough

  • Fluent English (Spanish or Italian would be an advantage)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Team oriented person who can focus on the details and quality; collaborative Team player; works well with teams – esp. virtual and cross-functional

  • Customer focus; highly client service and quality-oriented mindset

  • Collaborative Team player

  • Analytical skills

  • Working knowledge of SAP

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Flexible in taking ad-hoc assignments as needed (i.e., work transitions/migrations, SAP and/or other connected application (CAP) deployment activities, lead continuous improvement projects, etc.)

Work location: Hybrid (Wrocław, Poland)

Travel: May include up to 15% [domestic and international]

Relocation Assistance: Not authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
