Head of Accounting - Industrial (M/K)

• monthly and annual closing processes,
  


• industrial accounting and inventory controls,
  


• Tax compliance in accordance external tax companies,
  


• intercompany reconciliations,
  


• and accounting process structuring within an international environment.
  

Wymagania

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Audit;
  


• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, ideally within industrial or manufacturing environments;
  


• Strong technical accounting background;
  


• ERP experience is mandatory;
  


• Odoo is a plus ;
  


• Experience within international organizations;
  


• Fluent Polish and professional English required.
  

• Strong ownership and accountability mindset;
  


• Proactive and hands-on approach;
  


• High level of rigor and reliability;
  


• Strong organizational and coordination skills;
  


• Ability to structure and improve accounting processes;
