The High Radius Finance Functional Expert is a role that requires a blend of technical and process knowledge with a theoretical and practical in-depth experience in Order to Cash area: this role is the equivalent of a subject matter expert that also requires a strong knowledge of both technical and functional IT domain proficiencies. The role accommodates the bridging of the requirements between the Global users on one side, and the technical Teams expertise on the other, allowing the transformation of business requirements into meaningful tool implementations for the users' everyday job, specifically for HighRadius.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Performs analysis of system functionalities and suggests improvements
• Regularly monitors and understands HighRadius new product feature releases, assesses benefits of having them implemented and provides inputs to the Change Management Process
• Provides consulting to HighRadius projects and implementations about existing functionalities, partnered by the AR Functional Expert
• Responsible for request/incident prioritization in Scrum meetings with HighRadius, external contracts and MARS Digital Technologies departments
• Represents the requirement of the end-users when it comes to Continuous Improvement. The Functional Expert drives changes (CR), ensuring tests are performed by the initial requestor.
• Partners with cross functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions for the business. Gathers requirements for IT unit process improvements. Troubleshoots complex issues, manages projects of high complexity, scopes and risks.
• Manages and delivers continuous improvements, deploys new functionalities, coordinates system testings and configuration for new units/entities, delivers communication within and across multiple business segments/units.
• Performs assessments of impact and supports global ERP governance and change requests, follows up with period slot testing to prevent system failures.

What are we looking for?

• 7+ years of Finance experience
• Strong working knowledge in SAP Order to Cash, business analysis and system implementation experience
• Proven track record working in regional/global teams.
• BA/BS degree In Finance and Accounting or relevant.
• Project Management certification desired- understanding of project lifecycle management, analysis, solution design, and gap identification.
• Experience in Digital Transformation and Automation initiatives, including exposure to HighRadius tools supporting Order-to-Cash processes
• SAP FI experience would be an advantage.
• Fluent knowledge of English is a must, Polish is a great plus.
