As Procurement Support Specialist you are part of Hospital Patient Monitoring and the ACD team that serves as the point of contact for business stakeholders and other parties in order to support activities within BOM procurement area.
Your role:
Independently perform regular, advanced, and administrative tasks related to the ACD process (adding, changing, and deleting BOM suppliers) while providing support to stakeholders within the HPM BU.
Maintain strong working relationships and act as a primary point of contact for users, suppliers, and business stakeholders (PPMs, SEs, PIEs, PSEs), including participation in planned and ad‑hoc meetings.
Take responsibility for delivering results in line with agreed objectives and timelines.
Support change management activities within the ACD process and related procurement workflows.
Actively participate in the transition from local ACD Dashboard to the global ACD SharePoint under the Supplier Quality Sharing Center.
Propose, develop, and implement process improvement initiatives.
You're the right fit if:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Experience in working with procurement processes and tools (Ariba, OSCAR etc.)
3–5 years of experience in procurement (e.g., sourcing, contracting, purchasing).
Project management skills (an advantage).
Ability to manage multiple cases/projects simultaneously and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and high ethical standards.”
