Primary responsibilities:
Positions in this subfamily are engaged in payroll processing activity, which may include:
• Analyzes, audits, reconciles and resolves payroll processing and employee payroll issues to ensure smooth payroll processing.
• Ensures payroll reporting and payments are compliant with company policy, generally accepted accounting principles, and relevant government regulations.
• Supports Amway's response to auditing and regulatory inquiries.
• May work with internal and external systems support providers to achieve solutions or administer company payroll system ("in-house" or vendor provided system).
HR & Payroll Administration
Support payroll processing and cooperation with payroll vendors, to include:
•Collecting payroll input and entering data into payroll systems, checking accuracy, and preparing monthly payroll summaries.
•Preparing and distributing of remuneration documentation.
•Facilitating payments to employees and third parties (tax, insurance authorities, etc.).
•Maintaining, and archiving personnel files in accordance with local laws.
•Handling employee queries related to HR administration, payroll and time management systems.
•Administering benefits.
•Supporting various HR administration areas (onboarding, offboarding, contract extensions, etc.).
•Preparing HR Admin & Payroll reports.
Collaboration & Support
•Collaborating with HR Operations Specialists, HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence and external partners/vendors.
•Liaising with vendors to provide labor law advice in payroll and HR administration areas to employees and HR Business Partners.
•Supporting the annual audit process.
•Supporting projects.
Processes & Optimization
•Creating and updating local procedures and instructions and building a country knowledge base.
•Identifying and implementing process improvements at the country or regional level.
Geographical Scope
•Selected countries/entities in ESAN region.
Required Knowledge & Skills and/or Related Experience:
•Have a strong customer focus.
•Proactive attitude.

•Analytical skills.
•Fluent English, Ukrainian language would be a benefit
•MS Office - intermediate level.
•Experience or employment within HR environment is required.
•Experience in payroll delivery is an additional benefit.
•Basic knowledge of local labor law & payroll regulation in area of geographic scope is an additional benefit.
