HR Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to the local leadership team and its direct reports within an international industrial environment.

The HR Business Partner will translate business priorities into effective people and organisational strategies. The role covers leadership development, organisational design, workforce planning, employee relations, engagement, talent management, change management and internal communication.

Working closely with regional HR leadership, Centres of Expertise and HR Operations, the successful candidate will support the development of a high-performing, inclusive and engaged organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Business Partnership

  Partner with senior leaders to identify and prioritise people-related and organisational challenges.

  Translate business requirements into practical HR strategies and interventions.

  Lead organisational design, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness initiatives that support business growth.

  Contribute to and implement HR strategies aligned with business priorities and company objectives.

  Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and members of the leadership team.

  
  

HR Delivery and Execution

• 
  

  Provide pragmatic, business-focused HR guidance throughout the employee lifecycle.

  Advise managers on performance management, employee relations and organisational change.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate talent processes, including recruitment, performance reviews, succession planning and compensation planning.

  Support leaders during change-management initiatives, ensuring clear communication and effective implementation.

  Ensure compliance with Polish labour legislation, internal policies and HR best practices.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.

  Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working within an international, industrial or matrix organisation.

  
  


• 
  

  Broad HR knowledge covering talent management, organisational design, employee relations, compensation and HR operations.

  Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and contributing to a leadership team.

  Good understanding of Polish employment legislation and local HR practices.

  Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

  Professional fluency in Polish and English.
