HR Generalist


Warsaw, Poland | Fixed-term contract 18 months (maternity cover)


We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist / HR Operations Specialist to join our People & Organization team in Warsaw to support the Lipton Sales & Marketing Organization.  


This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across a broad HR scope, combining operational excellence with exposure to strategic HR processes and projects in an international environment.


Your responsibilities


 Employee lifecycle & HR operations



  • Manage E2E employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, changes, and offboarding, and maintain accurate HR data in systems.

  • Prepare and manage HR documentation (contracts, amendments, employment-related documents),

  • Collaborate closely with external payroll provider and internal GBS team in India,


 Recruitment & onboarding



  • Support recruitment processes in cooperation with Talent Acquisition and Line Managers,

  • Coordinate offers and candidate documentation,

  • Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires.


Benefits & employee support



  • Manage employee queries related to benefits,

  • Cooperate with benefits providers (implementation, optimization, changes),

  • Support processes related to employee absences (e.g. long-term sick leave).


HR processes (cyclical)



  • Support performance management, salary review, and talent review processes,

  • Coordinate engagement survey and follow-up actions,

  • Partner with managers in implementing people-related initiatives,



  • Support organizational and process improvements,


Social fund (ZFŚS)



  • Manage the company social fund in line with Polish regulations,

  • Cooperate with employee representatives and oversee related processes.


Reporting & compliance



  • Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, people co.sts),

  • Monitor labor law changes and support implementation within the organization,

  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures


What we are looking for



  • 4–6+ years of experience in HR (HR Generalist / HR Operations roles),

  • Strong knowledge of Polish labor law,

  • Experience working with an external payroll provider,

  • Solid understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance, rewards),

  • High level of autonomy, ownership, and attention to detail,

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills,

  • Fluency in English (working in an international environment).
