This role is fixed term contract until 31.12.2026. Can be done hybrid: 2 days from the office in Wrocław. 

Your Role:
Are you ready to bring your HR expertise to a dynamic, supportive team? In this role, you will manage employee data from hire to retire across our global and local systems, ensuring absolute data accuracy through our four-eyes principle. From drafting essential employment documents to resolving both routine and complex HR policy inquiries, you will be the go-to resource for our workforce. You will also look for ways to optimize our daily processes, keep work instructions sharp, and partner with HR Business Partners on impactful global projects. This full-time position is based in our regional service hub and offers fantastic paths for professional development.

Who You Are:

• You possess a professional working proficiency (B2 level or higher) in both French and English.


• You have a solid background working within an HR Shared Service Center, specifically handling Hire-to-Retire processes.


• You are experienced in navigating HR ticketing systems and modern workforce administration technologies.


• You bring a proactive, candidate-centric mindset paired with excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• You demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking to resolve complex inquiries efficiently


• You can organize your time effectively, prioritize high-impact tasks, and deliver high-quality results under shifting demands.
