HRIS Manager (F/M)
We are looking for an experienced HRIS Manager to lead our HR systems landscape and drive the continuous development of our HR technology environment. In this role, you will combine strategic ownership of our HRIS ecosystem with hands-on leadership of a dedicated HRIS team.
You will work closely with HR, IT, Data Architecture teams, and business stakeholders to ensure our systems, processes, and data support business growth and deliver an excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the SAP SuccessFactors platform and related HR systems, ensuring stability, security, and alignment with business needs.
- Drive HR process improvements through automation, digitalization, and best-practice solutions.
- Lead HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and new module rollouts.
- Define and maintain HR data governance standards, ensuring high data quality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize HR systems, integrations, and reporting capabilities.
- Act as the main point of contact for HRIS-related topics across the organization.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and implementation partners.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–5 HRIS professionals.
What we are looking for
- University degree in HR, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, or related areas within an international organization.
- Previous people management experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or UKG.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience with HR data governance, reporting, analytics, and system integrations.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations, including GDPR.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global teams.
- Fluent English.
