Installed Base Administrator (all genders)

• Receive, triage, and coordinate customer requests, ensuring on-time responses with the right quality for an excellent customer experience.

• Proactively identify capability gaps and engage the right teams to meet service commitments.

• Record and report the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules.

• Maintain accurate service information through proper sorting, filing, and document management.

• Create and/or support the automated creation of Installed Base (IB) records in the IB management system.

• Monitor automated IB maintenance processes via exception reports; ensure changes are executed completely and accurately.

• 2+ years in service operations, customer service, service logistics, data management, or related roles.

• Experience with Installed Base management or asset/product lifecycle data is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree .

• Strong data handling skills; comfortable using exception reports, validation rules, and audit processes

• Strong attention to detail with a high standard for data accuracy.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination across functions
