Interim Accounting Manager

We are looking for an Interim Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations and lead the transition of accounting processes from an external service provider to internal structures. The role requires strong accounting expertise, excellent knowledge of Polish accounting regulations, and experience in managing transition or transformation projects.

You will

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure smooth delivery of accounting processes.
• Lead and coordinate the transition of accounting processes from an external provider to internal structures.
• Coordinate activities related to process migration and stabilization.
• Collaborate with internal teams and the external service provider.
• Identify risks and opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure accounting processes comply with Polish accounting regulations.
• Support the organization throughout the transition and change process.

• Several years of experience in accounting, ideally at Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager level.
• Strong knowledge of Polish accounting regulations.
• Experience in transition, transformation, migration or insourcing of accounting processes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work regularly from an office in Warsaw.
