IT Adoption Specialist (German Speaker) - Gdansk or Aarhus

How you will make an impact 

As our IT Adoption Specialist, you will be part of the Product Enablement supporting our IT product teams in managing change initiatives, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy and objectives and making sure our IT solutions are used as intended. Your work will be crucial in supporting the adoption and implementation of new IT systems, processes, and technologies. The role primarily partners closely with dairy sites and business stakeholders across Germany to understand local needs, impacts, and adoption requirements. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and initiatives to support IT systems, processes and technologies adoption.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate change impacts and risks.

  Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and other support based on the users’ needs. 

  
  

• 
  

  Monitor and measure the adoption progress, ensuring timely delivery of change initiatives.

  Provide guidance and support to product teams and stakeholders throughout the change process, addressing any resistance or barriers to change.

  Support IT & Digital Supply Chain Product teams in leading the adoption agenda.

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping people adopt new digital products and ways of working. They are curious about user needs, comfortable working across business and IT, and motivated by turning change activities into measurable adoption outcomes. 
Success in the role means that product teams integrate adoption into their plans, impacted users are prepared and supported, adoption barriers are addressed early, and measurable improvements in product usage, behavior, and business outcomes are achieved. Additionally, the candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable plans and demonstrate exceptional leadership and influencing capabilities to gain buy-in across all levels. Proactivity and adaptable mindset would be an asset. 

It is required to have strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and German.  

Furthermore, you are willing to travel when needed (4-6 times per year).
