Junior Account Manager

• Fluency in English and Italian


• Basic understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape.


• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for various creators' and influencers' needs.


• Flexible working hours are required in case of urgency or business need.


• Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.


• Entrepreneurial attitude: every creator represents an independent business, and the Account Manager needs to grow.


• Strong willingness to learn.

• A good understanding of Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads would be a strong plus.


• Experience in working with influencers or creators on primary social media (e.g. Instagram and TikTok) would be a strong plus.


• Experience in Client-facing roles would be a plus.

• Opportunity to work with top global creators and influencers, interacting with them daily.


• Learn to manage a portfolio of creators while gaining experience in respective industries/niches.


• Proficiency in Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads.


• Exposure to an early-stage tech startup environment.


• Interact daily with the Founders and receive mentoring from them.


• Exposure to the meritocratic and results-driven environment.
