What tasks are waiting for you?

• Providing ongoing support to super users, triaging issues, and ensuring timely resolution


• Ownership of incident, change or service requests until closure


• Ensuring that backlog is monitored in ServiceNow and acted upon according to business priorities


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery and knowledge transfer to super users and team members


• Facilitating super user training and UAT testing related with code release cycles


• Participating in initiatives, contributing business knowledge and application insights

• Have minimum 2 years of experience working with AX2012 or D365 F&O as a plus, ideally within international or multi-cultural enterprises


• Possess strong understanding of Finance processes


• Have an ability to translate business needs into system functionalities


• Are familiar with ServiceNow or Azure DevOps


• Are comfortable working with diverse stakeholders in fast‑changing environments


• Communicate fluently in English and bring a collaborative mindset to team assignments
