Junior Coordinator, Customer Order Managment with Swedish

We are now looking for a Junior Coordinator, Customer Order Management with Swedish to join our Customer Operations Water Solutions Nordics Team. Water Solutions business unit offers a wide range of innovative solutions to optimize all stages of the water treatment process, while safely achieving water quality targets and meeting constantly tightening regulations, serving both municipal and industrial customers globally. 

This position is located in Gdansk, Poland.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Supporting Order-to-Cash process, including order fulfillment and billing.


• Communicating with customers through various channels regarding their orders, confirmations, and shipment details.


• Helping to ensure deliveries and customer requirements are handled efficiently and accurately, with guidance from team members.


• Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.


• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless operations.


• Following internal policies and targets to maintain process integrity and compliance.
   
  What you will bring to the team:
  
  


• Fluent level of English and Swedish language.


• Logistics background and experience in customs formalities would be an asset.


• SAP knowledge would be an asset.


• At least 1 year of functional experience in order management or customer service.


• Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools.


• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Maintaining good team spirit & cooperation.

• The starting base salary range for this role is between PLN 6900-8000 per month. Salary ranges may vary depending on location and local market conditions. The actual starting salary will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, skills and competencies, qualifications, and wider business and organizational needs.
