Junior Fixed Costs Controller

Summary of the Role

We are looking for an engaged Junior Fixed Costs Controller to join our collaborative and supportive Controlling team in Warsaw. This position is open due to an internal promotion and offers clear development opportunities for early‑career finance professionals. You will support key financial processes across several countries, including unit‑cost calculations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
The team works fully in English, and no local language is required.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate Unit Cost calculations, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely delivery.

• Provide financial planning, analysis, and reporting support for internal stakeholders across multiple countries.

• Coordinate and consolidate Budget, Rolling Forecast, Long‑Term Plan (LTP), quarterly estimates, and resource‑planning deliverables.

• Produce regular monthly reports and presentations, including flash reports and email updates, tailored to different organizational levels.

• Monitor the financial elements of ongoing projects, collaborate with other finance teams for data clarification, and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

About the Ideal Candidate

• Background in Finance, Economics, or related fields, or relevant equivalent experience through internships or projects.

• Ability to work in English as the primary language of the team.

• Attention to detail when working with financial and numerical data.

• Proactive approach to learning, adapting to evolving processes, and collaborating within a diverse team.

• Prior experience in finance is helpful but not required—we welcome applicants with varied educational or professional backgrounds.
