Junior TCC Specialist

Your Tasks

We are looking for a Junior Specialist to join the Transport Control Center team to support global transportation operations (road, sea, and air).

• In this role, you will be responsible for daily transport monitoring, coordinating with carriers, ensuring smooth information flow, and solving issues across the supply chain.


• You will also take care of data and documentation accuracy, monitor and report KPIs, and collaborate closely with other functions within Beiersdorf’s global network.

Your Profile

Qualifications

• University degree in logistics, economics, international business, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in global transportation, logistics, or supply chain.


• Nice to have: experience in sea/air/road freight forwarding or a Control Tower environment.

Skills required:

• Very good command of English.


• Proficiency in MS Excel (at least intermediate level).


• Analytical thinking and understanding of business processes within the supply chain.


• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills in an intercultural environment.


• Good work organization: ability to prioritize and operate in a dynamic environment.


• Problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to have:

• Experience in process optimization or continuous improvement.


• Familiarity with TRANSPOREON system and customs processes.
