What this role is all about?

To achieve our mission of reaching every mobile user on the planet, it is essential to continue building great relationships with new clients. As Key Account Executive, you will directly impact how our business moves and succeeds by helping new clients growing their businesses.

The main goal for this role is to identify new business opportunities with current leads/clients and prospective new key clients which are provided against a focus target list. 

What you'll do:

• Focus on lead qualification and closure for successful sale (pure hunter role)
• Sell a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a customer’s base (provided target account list) in designated team/squad.
• Involve specialists when needed for particular aspects of overall sales (e.g., SE for demo)
• Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
• Manage sales through forecasting, account resource requesting, account strategy, and planning.
• Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
• Maintain client relationships by collaborating with AMs, CSEs or Inside Sales team to sell and maintain account health
• Work closely with BDR teams to take over the lead
• As required cross sell for existing accounts on complicated deals (e.g., renegotiation)

What makes you a strong fit?

• 5 years applicable experience including 2 years of solution sales (in certain situations SaaS sales experience needed)
• Successful sales track record - commission earnings
• Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts.
• Infobip knowledge and/or knowledge of Infobip's competitors.
• Interaction with C level players.
• Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills.
• Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Fluency in English and Polish is required

The base salary for this role is in the range of 174,967.50 - 291,612.50 PLN per year, depending on seniority, industry experience, and relevant qualifications. The role also includes a performance-based variable bonus.
