Role: Key Account Specialist

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Function: Sales

The role internally is called Associate, Sales Account Management.

This role is not eligible for relocation.

Overview:

For our branch in Poland, we are looking for a Key Account Specialist to join our Polish Commercial Team. In this role, you will responsible to provide overall, common assistance to local Key Accounts team.

Responsibilities:

• Execute back - office activities for the entire sales process (i.e.: offers, and contracts, price lists, rebates, return overviews and assistance with computing)
• Together with Key Account Manager: formulation, monitoring and distribution of reliable sales forecasts (including collection of necessary information)
• Act as a key figure between Marketing, Sales and Logistics departments regarding contacts with customers for all current affairs (contracts, etc.), sales contract management.
• Providing tactical services to all MT Customers i.e. delivery New Product samples, SKU Customer’s files updates, short presentations with logistics data etc.
• Analyse and process price differences
• Support the KAM with the new offers
• Maintain/support the customer/product master data
• Support the colleague in sales in case of absence, holiday and in busy periods.
• Support KAM with organizing sales meetings
• Issue reports

Experience you’ll bring:

• Ideally graduate degree, preferably economics, supply chain management or a related business field (student of last year study also acceptable)
• Strong skills in MS Excel MS PowerPoint
• Knowledge of and experience within FMCG would be beneficial
• Have a commercial mentality to always be looking for new opportunities
• Fluent in English and Polish

The expected gross salary range for this position is between 5 762,50 PLN - 7 563,28 PLN. Job related skills, experience, and education, will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive, and/or long-term incentives.
