Your role:


As a Key Account Specialist, you will join the Modern Trade team, responsible for driving sales growth with key clients such as Biedronka, Lidl, Dino, Netto, Aldi, and other modern retail chains. Your main responsibility will be to support the Key Account Managers in their day-to-day communication with the above-mentioned external clients.


In this role, you will work with internal systems related to pricing, discounts, promotional planning, and invoicing. You will also support administrative processes within the department, as well as facilitate both internal and external information and document flow.


You will also be involved in ongoing sales processes with clients.


 


Other responsibilities:



  • Daily support and servicing of key clients

  • Managing client price lists and verifying pricing accuracy for invoicing

  • Overseeing the client invoicing and settlement process

  • Preparing regular reports and recommendations related to sales processes

  • Supporting the monitoring of promotional effectiveness

  • Contributing to the creation of promotional plans and sales planning processes

  • Implementing logistical changes for assigned clients and maintaining ongoing contact with a selected client group

  • Managing commercial documentation and contracts

  • Verifying and managing budget files

  • Cooperating on a daily basis with other internal departments such as Supply Chain, Customer Collaboration, Trade Marketing, and Finance

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, including working with large datasets and multiple clients

  • Strong analytical thinking skills

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

  • Very good organization of own work

  • Proactiveness and goal-oriented mindset

  • Good command of English (B2 level)
