WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
At least 3 Years of progressive experience conducting forecast analysis and demand planning within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or electronic industry.
Knowledge of analytical and forecast methodologies.
Knowledge and use of IBP demand planning system and SAP
Solid analytical skills, especially MS Excel.
Ability to identify risk and opportunities through analysis.
Ability to participate in/manage projects.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness.
Fluent English speaker – both written and spoken

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
Generate accurate forecast based on historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
Ensure successful inventory management to eliminate stock out incidences across network.
Analyze forecast/parameters in planning system to assure optimal accuracy metrics.
Track KPI’s related to shipment forecast accuracy, inventory, LOGD and identify areas for improvements.
Manage discontinued items, partner cross functionally to ensure a smooth, cost- effective phase-out.
Regularly analyze finished goods LOGD projections, work collaboratively to minimize LOGD exposure.
Identify and opportunities that could impact demand forecast, create optimized responses, and validate them with the stakeholders.
Participate in Supply Chain projects and initiatives and lead their local implementation.
