Lead Fullstack Consultant

Type of contract: B2B contract

Salary range: 155 - 205 PLN/H

What will you do?

As a Lead Full Stack Consultant, you will join a global team delivering solutions within the Risk & Compliance area. You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining modern applications with a strong focus on backend engineering in Java and Spring while contributing to frontend development using React and TypeScript. You will play a key role in technical decision-making, solution design and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Your tasks

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring


• Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices


• Contribute to frontend development using React and TypeScript


• Prepare technical designs and solution documentation


• Implement event-driven integrations and workflow-based solutions


• Develop and support batch processing applications


• Ensure application reliability through proper logging, monitoring and error handling


• Create and maintain automated tests


• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes


• Support cloud-native application development


• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams


• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and code reviews

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development


• 2+ years of technical team leadership experience


• Expert knowledge of Java and Spring Framework (Boot, Data, REST, Security)


• Experience with microservices and micro-database architecture


• Experience building event-driven systems


• Experience with ReactJS and TypeScript


• Experience with Swagger and OpenAPI


• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit


• Experience developing and supporting batch processing applications


• Knowledge of logging, monitoring and production support practices


• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes


• Experience developing cloud-based applications


• Experience using code quality and security scanning tools


• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams using JIRA and Confluence


• Openness to work hybrid from our client's office (Kraków) 8 days a month

Nice to have

• Experience in Risk & Compliance projects


• Knowledge of Model Risk Management


• Spring Integration or Spring Batch


• Experience with BPMN-based workflow solutions


• Knowledge of Flowable, Activiti or Drools


• Experience with WebSockets or SSE


• Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture
