Lighting Artist

Within this role you will be:

  • Working closely with the Creative Director, and other artists to shape and maintain the game's visual style and lighting quality,

  • Creating dramatic and compelling lighting that supports photorealistic rendering, enhances environmental storytelling, and establishes depth and layering in scenes,

  • Leveraging game engine tools (e.g., Unreal Engine) to achieve high-quality lighting while respecting artistic and technical constraints,

  • Optimizing lighting to balance visual quality and performance.

Job requirements

Feel free to apply if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a similar position in game development and/or film/VFX production, with a strong understanding of AAA production processes and constraints,

  • Good knowledge of at least one game development engine (preferably Unreal Engine),

  • Excellent knowledge of the game production pipeline,

  • Excellent knowledge of composition, framing, colour and light,

  • High level of creativity,

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to foster a positive and inclusive team environment.

It would be also nice to have:

  • Artistic background,

  • Cinematic approach and post-processing skills,

  • Passion for horrors (games, movies, books).
