Join Franke - Home Solutions and take responsibility for the development of one of the most recognized brands in the kitchen solutions industry. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who will shape the local marketing strategy, strengthen the brand’s market position, and effectively support the achievement of business and sales objectives. 

This role is ideal for someone who can build influence, confidently recommend solutions, and navigate an international environment while maintaining the right balance between global strategy and local market needs. 

Your tasks

• Develop and execute the local marketing strategy in line with the global strategy. 


• Manage the Franke brand and lead BTL and digital marketing campaigns. 


• Drive digital marketing initiatives, including e-commerce, SEO, GEO/AEO, and email marketing. 


• Partner with the Sales team on trade marketing projects, promotional campaigns, and sales activation initiatives. 


• Develop and manage the Franke showroom. 


• Manage the marketing budget and monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities. 


• Collaborate closely with the central marketing team, external agencies, and key business partners. 


• Lead, develop, and inspire the local Marketing team. 

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial position. 


• Experience gained in an international company operating within a matrix organization. 


• Experience in marketing durable consumer goods (experience in home solutions, home appliances, or related industries will be an advantage). 


• Hands-on experience in developing marketing strategies and running integrated digital and BTL campaigns. 


• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce tools. 


• Proven ability to lead teams and operate effectively in an environment requiring collaboration across multiple parties and functions. 


• Fluent English (minimum C1 level).
