For one of our clients – a technology provider focused on customer experience, offering outsourced sales, support, and operational solutions to leading global organizations, we are looking for a Medical Device Support Advisor with Slovenian and English (Remote).
About the Role
As a Medical Device Support Advisor, you will provide professional support to users of innovative healthcare products and medical devices that help improve patients' quality of life. Through effective communication and a customer-focused approach, you will assist customers with product-related inquiries and contribute to delivering an exceptional support experience.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, enjoy problem-solving, and are looking to build a career within an international healthcare support environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries related to medical devices and healthcare solutions.
Guide users through product-related questions and provide accurate information.
Deliver a positive and professional customer experience with every interaction.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
Work remotely as part of a dynamic and multicultural international team.
What We're Looking For
Slovenian language proficiency at C1 level.
English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working with MS Office applications and learning new systems and technologies.
Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to develop professionally.
Ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player.
