They are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist to join their team in Warsaw. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact migration projects, utilising industry-leading tools and techniques whilst working alongside skilled technical professionals.

Position Overview

As a Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist, you will play a central role in planning, executing and supporting complex migration projects. You will be responsible for migrating users, mailboxes, SharePoint content, OneDrive, and Teams workloads between tenants and from third-party platforms. Your work will directly impact business continuity and user experience, requiring careful planning, technical precision and strong communication throughout each project lifecycle. You will manage multiple migration workstreams simultaneously, working under tight timelines whilst maintaining quality and minimising disruption.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Microsoft 365 migrations including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams


• Configure and troubleshoot Exchange Hybrid deployments and mail flow routing


• Assess migration requirements and develop detailed cutover plans to minimise business impact


• Manage migrations using tools such as Quest On Demand, BitTitan MigrationWiz and Microsoft Migration Manager


• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate migration tasks and reporting


• Configure DNS records including MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC for secure mail delivery


• Coordinate mailbox and archive migrations from on-premises Exchange to Exchange Online


• Provide hypercare support following migration cutover to resolve issues quickly


• Migrate content from Google Workspace and other third-party platforms to Microsoft 365


• Manage Azure AD Connect and Entra ID configurations during hybrid scenarios


• Document migration processes, configurations and lessons learned for continuous improvement


• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and user satisfaction

Requirements

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and migrations


• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and Entra ID


• Proven experience with Exchange on-premises to Exchange Online migrations and hybrid deployments


• Hands-on experience with migration platforms such as Quest On Demand Migration, BitTitan MigrationWiz, Microsoft Migration Manager, ShareGate or Google Workspace migration tools


• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and administration tasks


• Deep knowledge of mail flow configuration, Autodiscover, SMTP routing and DNS records


• Experience planning and executing SharePoint migration projects with minimal business disruption


• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing and subscription models


• Ability to manage multiple migration workstreams and deliver under tight timelines


• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail


• Strong communication skills to coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders


• Experience with migration assessments, cutover planning and hypercare support
