Position Overview 

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant, you'll play a central role in delivering CRM solutions that meet business requirements. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, configure the platform accordingly, and ensure successful implementation. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving customer relationship management processes and supporting the organisation's digital objectives. 

Responsibilities

  Gather and analyse business requirements to design appropriate CRM solutions

Requirements 

• 
  

  4-6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional implementation

  Strong understanding of CRM modules including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service

  Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs

  Experience configuring workflows, business rules, and security roles within Dynamics 365

  Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
