U nas będziesz odpowiedzialny za:

• telefoniczną i mailową obsługę Klientów oraz konsultantów

• wprowadzanie w systemie zmian w polisach na podstawie złożonych dyspozycji pisemnych i telefonicznych

• budowanie i utrzymywanie profesjonalnych relacji z Klientami

• tworzenie i wdrażanie nowych rozwiązań mających na celu optymalizację procesów
