INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Kpi driven local execution of aligned omnichannel marketing strategy
• Planning, adaptation to local needs and execution of global campaigns
• Translate business targets (from. Segmt. Mgmt) into communication measures
• Development and execution of local marketing activities based on and in accordance with aligned templates and guidelines
• Planning, tracking and kpi reporting of all marketing activities in group marketing plan
• Manage spend of marcom budget.

SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Piloting of new marketing campaigns and promotional marketing activity concepts (with global marketing operations)
• Local operational execution of loyalty program (with regional customer lifecyle management)
• Local cross-functional brand execution alignment (with other local functions)
