Onboarding Automation Specialist

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Onboarding Automation Specialist who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions to streamline onboarding processes and reduce manual work. This role focuses on building scalable tools using Python, supporting existing C# applications, and enabling efficient data-driven operations through reporting and system integrations. 

What you will do:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions in Python 
• Provide support, maintenance, and enhancements for existing C# applications 
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency 
• Build and maintain data integrations and  automation pipelines across internal systems 
• Develop and enhance reporting solutions to support business and operational needs 
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions 
• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities 
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability across automated solutions and reports
• Participate in discussions with management, providing insights and recommendations based on data 
• Contribute to continuous improvement by introducing new automation ideas and best practices 

Who you are:

• Strong Python development skills (automation, scripting, integrations) 
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of C# (supporting and maintaining existing applications) 
• Solid experience with SQL Server (queries, data manipulation, and basic optimization) 
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs for automation and data integrations 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Experience with data analysis and reporting 
• Ability to work with large datasets and present insights in a clear and structured way 
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to learn and adapt quickly 
• Intermediate English level (B2) 

​ Additional (Nice-to-Have) Skills:

• Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Excel Power Query, etc.) 
• Knowledge of data modeling and relational databases 
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GitHub) 
• Experience with automation frameworks or APIs 
• Exposure to .NET development beyond basic support 
• Understanding of process optimization and workflow automation 
• Experience with Docker and Linux environments for building and running automation solutions 
• Experience in building AI-powered automations, including:  AI agents or bots (e.g., chatbots, Teams bots), Automation workflows enhanced with AI capabilities, Integrations between AI services and enterprise data sources (e.g., SQL databases, APIs)
