The OTC Junior Analyst plays a significant role within the Order to Cash Cycle. The timely collection of cash is key to enabling key risk management and business decisions within our Aptiv business, also plays a significant role within the timely resolution of disputes is crucial for maintaining high quality relationships with internal and external customers, which in hand improves cash collections effectiveness rate and overall.

OTC Junior Analyst

Your Role:

• Contact Customers of assigned portfolio in order share account statements and receive promise to pay confirmation

• Upload data to the tool used for managing collection and dispute activities

• Prepare monthly account analysis for assigned accounts, reconcile and balance accounts

• Manage month/ quarter end process and AR reporting (e.g. Cash Flow, AR Summary, Past Due/Open Items reporting, other AR statistics)

• Perform invoice reconciliation

• Ensure that all relevant Aptiv standards and guidelines are met, compliance to SOX rules

• Update the working instructions periodically (SOP’s)

• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovation solutions and communicate to direct manager

Your Background:

• Preferably degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics

• Very good command of English (written and oral)

• Experience of computer application, in particular Excel to an intermediate level
