We're recruiting an experienced OTC Transformation Strategy Lead to join their growing team in Germany. Position Overview
As OTC Transformation Strategy Lead, you'll advise clients on designing and executing end-to-end Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives. You'll diagnose performance gaps, identify value creation opportunities and shape strategic roadmaps that move organisations from transactional processing to data-driven, customer-centric operations. Working at the intersection of strategy, process excellence and stakeholder engagement, you'll partner closely with senior Finance, Commercial and Operations leaders to deliver transformational change that improves cash flow, reduces working capital and enhances customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop OTC transformation strategies aligned to client business objectives, focusing on cash flow optimisation, customer experience and working capital improvement
- Define target operating models including process scope, organisation design and service delivery approaches such as shared services and centres of excellence
- Apply hypothesis-led consulting to rapidly diagnose issues, formulate initial hypotheses and validate through targeted data analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Provide deep functional expertise across the complete OTC lifecycle including customer master data, credit management, order management, billing, collections and cash application
- Analyse OTC performance using key metrics such as Days Sales Outstanding, dispute cycle time and invoice accuracy to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
- Engage with senior stakeholders across Finance, Commercial and Operations to translate operational challenges into business impact and align on solutions
- Design pragmatic, phased transformation roadmaps recommending solutions across process redesign, policy changes, technology enablement and data enhancements
- Support development of business cases, value tracking frameworks and governance models to sustain improvements and drive change management
Requirements
Functional Expertise
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and working capital drivers
- Strong understanding of cash flow optimisation and performance improvement
- Proven experience with shared services models and global business services delivery

- Demonstrated expertise in hypothesis-led thinking and structured problem solving
