This role can be done hybrid: 2 days from the office in Wrocław. DES applications preferred.

Your role:

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accurate and timely execution of payroll processes for employees across multiple companies. Your role involves managing key payroll functions, including collecting and verifying variable payroll data (e.g., overtime, absences, bonuses) and performing salary calculations while adhering to legal requirements. You will also be tasked with handling social declarations, including submitting monthly contributions to authorities such as URSSAF and pension funds, and managing SS Absence documentation.You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to adapt payroll practices to any legislative changes, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Additionally, you will manage employee queries through the ticketing system, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution. You will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate completion of payroll audits and other payroll-related tasks, such as profit-sharing calculations and managing employee hires, exits, and balances. This role also provides an opportunity to grow your expertise in payroll management while contributing to broader HR and business objectives.

Who you are:

• 3 years of experience in French payroll processes and strong knowledge of legal payroll requirements.


• Fluent in French with strong communication skills.


• Experience in payroll and time management software.Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical abilities to verify payroll calculations.


• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain precision in payroll processing.


• Strong problem-solving skills and an understanding of compliance within payroll operations.


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, accounting, or employment law.
