Plant Manager - PERGOLUX Custom Design

Location: Bielany Wrocławskie, Poland

We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Plant Manager to run our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility as if it were their own business. In this high-impact role, you will take full P&L and operational ownership of our custom production site, doubling our output while optimizing safety, efficiency, and supply chain negotiations to sustain our profitable growth.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Plant like a P&L: Take complete responsibility for production output, cost of goods, scrap, throughput, and on-time delivery to drive financial success.

• Lead and Coach the Site Leadership Team: Build, mentor, and hold accountable the supervisors and department heads who manage daily floor operations.

• Ensure Operational Integrity in Odoo: Serve as the champion for accurate ERP data, using real-time metrics to make proactive manufacturing and business decisions.

• Scale Operations Sustainably: Direct the expansion of the site's headcount from 30 to 60 personnel without compromising on product quality, safety, or organizational culture.

• Optimize Supply Chain and Global Collaboration: Renegotiate terms with long-standing suppliers and collaborate directly with group-level leadership as the primary site representative, ensuring clear communication with the global team and strong alignment across other Custom Design factories.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven P&L Ownership: Direct, hands-on experience managing a P&L end-to-end — owning cost and output outcomes, not just supervising headcount or a cost center.

• Hands-on Manufacturing Leadership: Deep operational expertise running a clean, efficient, and productive premium manufacturing facility.

• Ensure Operational Integrity in Odoo: Direct hands-on experience with an ERP system (Odoo experience a strong plus).

• Solid Financial and Budgetary Acumen: Direct experience managing a P&L and driving cost-efficiency rather than simply supervising headcount.

• Strong Commercial and Negotiation Instincts: A proven ability to negotiate pricing, lead times, and accountability with strategic supply chain partners.

• A People-First Safety Mindset: Dedication to employee safety and well-being, ideally complemented by exposure to Lean or Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies.

• Bilingual Communication & Adaptability: Fluency in English (C1) for corporate coordination and Polish (native/C1) for leading the on-site team.

• Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on manufacturing background; Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) preferred.

What success looks like

Six months in, this factory hits its output and EBIT targets consistently, runs with low downtime and a clean safety record, and your team is motivated and growing with you — not despite you. A year in, we've doubled output without doubling our problems, and this site is the one other Custom Design factories get compared to.
