To fuel our future high-voltage roadmap, we need an agile Engineer to pioneer our front-end research and advanced innovation projects.

What You’ll Do (The Mission)

As the Platform R&I Technical Engineer, you will be the core technical catalyst for next-generation electric mobility. Your mission spans from blank-canvas concepts to physical proof of concepts:

• Bridge Lab to Reality: Turn advanced theoretical research and innovation (R&I) concepts into functional, physical prototypes.

• Lead Mechanical Design: Act as the core mechanical design lead for early-stage, front-end electrification projects.

• Drive Cross-Border Sync: Coordinate and execute globally split engineering work packages between your local hub and global competence centers (such as Germany).

• Pre-Simulate & Optimize: Run early-stage thermal and mechanical pre-simulations to ensure product survivability before physical build.

• Coordinate the Sample Shop: Work hand-in-hand with the local Prototype Shop to rapidly manifest, build, and test your new designs.

Who You Are

• The Educator: You hold an engineering degree focused on Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Design, or a related high-tech field.

• The Specialist: You possess a strong background in mechanical design and are an expert user of Catia CAD.

• The Mindset: You are tech-driven, deeply curious, and comfortable dealing with abstract, "blank-canvas" physics and mechanical problems.

• The Navigator: You know how to balance rigorous premium automotive metrics with an agile, flexible execution strategy.

• The Communicator: Fluent in English with the ability to confidently present technical proof-of-concepts to multinational engineering networks.
