Scope of responsibilities:

• 
  

  Maintenance and entry of customer terms and conditions as well as creation of price lists

  
  


• 
  

  Regular analysis and assessment of the recorded terms and conditions

  
  


• 
  

  Creation and maintenance of requirements reports

  
  


• 
  

  Preparation of regular sales volume and revenue reports for customers

  
  


• 
  

  Point of contact for Key Account Management for the technical administration of customer terms and conditions (HUB)

  
  


• 
  

  Close collaboration with Finance and Key Account Management

  
  


• 
  

  Key user for the internal planning tool

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable commercial apprenticeship

  
  


• 
  

  Initial professional experience in an analytical role in the consumer goods sector

  
  


• 
  

  Controlling background is an advantage

  
  


• 
  

  Team-oriented working style and assertiveness, as well as the ability to quickly grasp complex issues

  
  


• 
  

  Very good Excel skills, ideally confident handling of macros, as well as good ERP knowledge (SAP R/3 SD)

  
  


• 
  

  Confident use of common MS Office programs, ideally also the Google Suite

  
  


• 
  

  English fluent, both spoken and written

  
  


• 
  

  German language skills are an advantage.
