Position Overview
The Procurement Analyst supports strategic sourcing operations by collecting, analyzing, and managing SAP Ariba Contract data to provide key insights for actionable improvements to the global procurement organization. PA supports also suppllier management, by administrating Ariba SLP module and support it’s users, both internal and external to MKC. The rigor to follow process and technical expertise to produce fact based summary information enabling Procurement personnel to improve their sourcing compliance in several areas including minimizing contract risk, legal execution, contract authorization, and alignment with DocuSign. This position will align internal teams and suppliers with SAP Ariba Contracts module and SLP module for compliance across the globe to standardize local, regional and global contracts and supplier management procesess. This person will execute training of SAP Ariba Contracts & SLP modules and support any upgrades to the systems for global use. Procurement Analyst is expected to lead or participate in procurement related projects (non-sourcing).
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for procurement systems (e.g. SAP Ariba Contracts and Supplier Lifecycle tools), providing guidance to internal teams and external suppliers
Administer procurement platforms, ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and global compliance
Deliver training and ongoing support to users across the organization
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, analyses, and insights to support procurement decision-making
Perform audits and control checks to ensure adherence to policies and mitigate risks
Lead or participate in procurement-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Support procurement workflows, tools, and best practices across regions
Collaborate with global stakeholders to standardize processes and improve supplier management
Candidate Profile
Experience in an international environment, ideally within procurement
Strong knowledge of SAP (MM) and SAP Ariba (Contracts and Supplier Management modules preferred)
Experience working on projects (as a team member or lead)
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels
Proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
Solid MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); automation or VBA knowledge is a plus
