Procurement Program Manager to support our PMO and Procurement Digitalization Strategy. In this role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, enable continuous improvement, and contribute directly to strategic decision-making.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver cross-functional procurement projects, ensuring alignment with specifications, timelines, and allocated resources.
• Oversee project lifecycles end‑to‑end, monitoring progress and managing deviations with agility.
• Develop and maintain detailed project management blueprints—including scope, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
• Support digital and process transformation activities within Procurement.
• Identify and implement kaizen and continuous improvement opportunities across processes.
• Build strong business cases through deep-dive analyses, scenario evaluations, and cost‑saving assessments.
• Balance stakeholder expectations, priorities, and regulatory requirements to deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks using advanced troubleshooting and proactive risk management approaches.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation—project plans, status reports, progress reviews, and root cause analyses.
• Conduct project evaluations, capturing insights and lessons learned to improve future methodologies.

Requirements

• Experience managing procurement-related or cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to operate with limited supervision while effectively driving complex initiatives.
• Excellent communication, change management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• A continuous improvement mindset and familiarity with kaizen or similar methodologies.
