The Product Line Strategy owner (PLSO) is responsible for the delivery and support of all technology related to the digital factory product line.

They are responsible for vision and priority of improvements to these products, platforms and all associated feature/function/capabilities delivered in support of their business function.

The PLSO closely collaborates with key business partners across all levels of the McCormick Organization – including manufacturing and supply chain business, in the planning,

implementation, deployment of programs and projects, handling critical issues and ensuring successful delivery and health of the platforms.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for global IT Technical strategy development and operational/delivery platform Roadmap for the digital factory product line.


• Responsible for planning, execution/implementation and operation aspects of all areas supporting a wide variety of initiatives across the groups business.


• Provide oversight and direction for multiple programs and projects. Track progress of all workstreams in the context of the Product Line roadmap.


• Full responsibility of all products within the product line, including lifecycle and vendor management, performance, and approval of requisitions within approved budgets.


• Manage relationships with Senior Leaders Globally across McCormick and interact with cross-sector IT leaders in shaping global capabilities.


• Provide subject matter expertise working directly with business partners, contractors, and across McCormick functions.


• Understand and define key business drivers and requirements of the initiated products, programs, and projects.


• Set a clear vision for the product line, and for the multigenerational product strategy. Improve return on investment by identifying and prioritizing products, features, and functions by business value.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong IT Experience with a significant amount of time spent in developing and supporting applications in the product line’s domain.


• Proven involvement in in providing solutions to Manufacturing and Supply Chain in a large global organization is a must.


• Experience of Agile/Agile Scrum with tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to communicate and build relationship at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbal.


• Proven track record of delivering global projects, processes, and systems in a highly complex global ecosystem.


• Experience of modern cloud-based application delivery.
