Professional Services Engineer

The Professional Services Engineer / Technical Solutions Engineer will have full responsibility to lead, plan, execute and see through technical integration processes of 3rd party partner products into start.io platform/SDK as well as providing on-going technical consultancy and support to internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Leading all aspects of partners custom on-boarding operations including planning, execution and monitoring, ensuring successful launch and operation.
• Investigating and solving technical issues.
• Contribute to product development and prioritization based on feedback and partners requirements.
• Drive successful delivery and process improvement
• Development of internal tools and automation solutions

Requirements

• B.A/BSC in Computer Science, Information Technology/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of working experience as Technical Solutions Engineer or equivalent
• Knowledge of Internet and Mobile (Android and iOS) domains, technical experience in the following areas: Rest APIs, HTTP, JSON, XML.
• Experience with HTML, JS
• Experience with AI agents
• Experience with MongoDB
• Fully proficient in SQL and MS Excel, ability to write complex queries
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Solid communication skills.
• Pro-active and curious, team-player, motivated and organized.
• Can do attitude - Creative, assertive, problem solver.
• Fluent in English

Would be a plus

• Experience with analytics, monitoring and alerting tools: Grafana, Kibana, Tableau, other
• Prior experience in digital advertising companies
• Previous experience with ads SDK
• Experience with advertising formats and protocols: OpenRTB, OpenRTB[1]Native, VAST, SIMID.
• Experience with Java/Kotlin
