Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial and manufacturing expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, forward-thinking, and results-oriented teammates.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful industrial transfer of our projects, from early design phases to serial production. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing), lead cross-functional workshops to align product and industrial solutions, and ensure readiness for production milestones.

You’ll specifically take care of setting up industrial strategies and managing the industrialization process, but also driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

We’ll look to you for:

  Setting up the industrial organization for projects, including team structures, responsibilities, and tools

  Defining industrial strategies, including make-or-buy decisions and project industrial organization

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinating design-for-manufacturing activities with engineering teams

  
  


• 
  

  Ensuring industrial readiness by monitoring progress, documentation, and equipment availability

  
  


• 
  

  Organizing and delivering training and qualifications for production teams

  
  


• 
  

  Leading performance improvement actions to meet Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets

  
  


• 
  

  Managing industrialization and planning of product changes during serial production

  Degree in engineering or a technical field

  Experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or supply chain

  Project management experience

  Knowledge of quality standards, EHS, and ergonomics

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with industrial methodologies such as FMEA and QRQC

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
