Our client is recruiting a Project Manager and Business Analyst to join their transformation team in Krakow, specifically supporting Wealth and Personal Banking (WBP) Change. If you're fluent in French and have experience delivering projects within financial services, this contract role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful transformation initiatives whilst building your expertise across Wealth and Personal Banking (WBP) Change and other banking and asset management sectors.
Position Overview
This role sits at the heart of transformation delivery, specifically supporting Wealth and Personal Banking (WBP) Change, within financial services. You'll manage projects where French-speaking stakeholders are central to success, translating complex business requirements into structured delivery plans. Your work will directly impact how Wealth and Personal Banking (WBP) organisations implement change, improve operations and enhance client services. You'll combine project management discipline with business analysis rigour, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned and solutions remain practical and achievable.
Responsibilities
Facilitate and manage meetings involving multiple French-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across transformation initiatives
Conduct business analysis activities to understand current state processes and design future state solutions within Wealth and Personal Banking (WBP) Change environments
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and deliverables, tracking progress and managing risks proactively
Translate business requirements into structured recommendations, communicating findings clearly to senior stakeholders
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the client organisation, understanding their needs and concerns
Identify barriers to change and propose practical solutions that balance business objectives with operational realities
Support the delivery team by removing blockers and escalating issues appropriately
Requirements
Fluent French language skills with ability to lead and follow meetings involving French-speaking stakeholders
Proven experience delivering projects within Wealth and Personal Banking (WBP) Change, financial services, banking or related sectors
Strong business analysis capabilities including requirements gathering, process mapping and solution design
Demonstrated project management experience with ability to plan, track and report on delivery
Excellent structured communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
Strong stakeholder management experience with ability to build trust and influence across levels
Experience in transformation, change management or business improvement programmes
Desirable experience:
Knowledge of Wealth and Personal Banking (WBP) Change, asset management, wealth management, private banking or capital markets
Familiarity with Wealth and Personal Banking (WBP) Change operations or banking processes
