Project Manager (One Fulfillment Value Proposition)

Your main responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end business strategy, commercial validation, and platform adoption of vertical-specific Value-Added Services and commercial enablers within the One Fulfillment product (e.g., branded packaging, product bundling, specialized category capabilities, B2B commercial tools).

- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder business projects within the One Fulfillment Scaleup Plan.

- Partner with Category Directors and Key Account Managers to consolidate high-value seller needs, build sound business cases, and prioritize commercial enablers based on projected financial ROI, GMV uplift, and strategic relevance.

- Define and execute plans for new value proposition features—ensuring full commercial readiness, creation of seller-facing enablement materials, and clear commercial playbooks for KAM teams.

-Act as the strategic business liaison between Category Leadership and central execution streams. Monitor feature utilization, track business adoption metrics, manage project risks, and report progress to program governance forums.

- Post-launch adoption & optimization: Track feature adoption metrics, monitor seller tNPS regarding new capabilities, and continuously iterate on VAS features to remove operational friction.

This is the right job for you if:

-You have 5 years of experience in program or project management, especially in roles involving strategic responsibilities.

-You have successfully led complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to initial product definition (experience in logistics projects will be a strong asset).

-You have experience in developing and executing strategic roadmaps in partnership with Product Teams.

-You know how to define analyses for creating new data-driven products and business recommendations.

-You are goal-oriented and able to manage change.

-You have highly developed communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).

-You possess business acumen and the ability to think long-term.

-You communicate effectively in both English and Polish (C1).
