Hiring Manager: [[hiringManagerName]] \nRecruiter: Kira Charytoniuk\n\n \n\nQuotes \u0026 Tenders Specialist \u2013 Talent Pool\n\nPlace of work: Warsaw\n\nPlease note - this in only an opportunity to join our Talent Community, it is not linked to a specific vacancy.\n\n \n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Market monitoring in the field of announced tender procedures, search and selection of tenders\n * Preparing price offers\n * Work in data management systems (SAP, Service Cloud)\n * Preparation of offers and submission of necessary documentation as part of participation in tenders\n * Comprehensive supervision and management of the tender process\n * Analyzing and verifying tender documents\n * Preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents required in public procurement\n * Cooperation with the company\u0027s departments involved in the tendering and order processing process\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Professional experience gained in the tendering department\n * Practical knowledge of the Public Procurement Law\n * Very good communication and organizational skills\n * Reliability, accuracy, commitment and initiative in action\n * Ability to prioritize and work on several tasks at once\n * Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (min.
