Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support in Polish via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to assist in service improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Stay informed about company products, policies, and industry trends to deliver precise information.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with relocation expenses fully covered by Mercier Consultancy Group.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with good multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools is advantageous.
