Qualifications:

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English or Bulgarian is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and standard office applications.
• Adaptability and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation expenses fully covered.
