In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and moderating social media content in Polish, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and company policies. Your efforts will contribute to creating a safe and positive online environment for the Polish-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content in Polish to ensure adherence to community standards and company policies.
• Respond professionally and promptly to user comments and messages in Polish.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content according to company guidelines.
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support content moderation and community engagement strategies.
• Stay informed about social media trends, moderation policies, and best practices.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in social media content moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their moderation guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer literacy.
