Research Analyst, JBS Research Hub - Poland

Join JLL's global Research team and help shape the future of commercial real estate through data-driven insights that give our clients a competitive edge.

What You'll Do:

• Collect and verify market data across Polish real estate sectors

• Maintain supply/demand databases and ensure data quality

• Support report preparation and external publications

• Conduct ad hoc analysis to drive business development

• Build automation solutions to enhance research efficiency

• Collaborate with global Research teams on deliverables

What You Bring:

• Fluent Polish and English communication skills

• 2+ years in economics, consulting, real estate, urban planning, or related fields

• Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills with passion for uncovering insights

• Experience with data systems and reporting tools

• Organized self-starter who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments

• Working knowledge of AI tools for research tasks

Nice to Have:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, or related field | Commercial real estate experience | Power BI, GIS, SQL, or Python skills
