Job Title
Summary of the Role
We are seeking a SaaS Service Delivery Senior Specialist to help ensure that new Cytric Easy features are reliable, easy to support, and ready for efficient operations at scale. In this role, you will collaborate across Product, Research & Development (R&D), Support, and Delivery teams to ensure that new functionalities meet clear serviceability standards before they are launched. You will assess readiness, improve documentation, highlight risks or areas for improvement, and serve as the operational quality point of contact within Agile Release Trains (ARTs) using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Main Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product, R&D, Delivery, and Support teams to help ensure new features are operationally efficient, supportable, and stable before release.
Review feature designs to identify opportunities for improved operability, documentation, or support workflows, and promote “serviceability by design” practices.
Validate and enhance serviceability deliverables, including troubleshooting guidance and implementation documentation for internal and customer-facing teams.
Identify recurring patterns or issues and contribute to improvements in processes, workflows, or product behavior to enhance customer experience.
Represent service delivery and serviceability needs in ART ceremonies (such as Program Increment (PI) Planning, refinement, and demonstrations), fostering strong cross-team collaboration.
About the Ideal Candidate
Significant experience in a SaaS environment (typically gained over 5+ years) across product lifecycle, service delivery, or technical project roles.
Demonstrated understanding of SaaS operations, feature rollout, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Effective analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Experience influencing decisions in collaborative environments;
Background in travel technology, Cytric, or travel and expense (T&E) solutions is a plus.
Comfort communicating in English; additional languages are welcome.
