Job Description - Sales Manager Poland (all genders)

Key Responsibilities:

You take over the dealer business in Poland, the largest single market in our East Europe region. You will build on a solid foundation of BMW dealers already using the Veact Mobility Suite, as well as established relationships with the importers of three OEM brands, which the Director leads and you support. Since June 2026, the Infomedia portfolio has further expanded our offering in Poland. You win new dealers and dealer groups, grow the existing base and are the face of Veact for the Polish dealer network. Two running projects with an OEM partner are waiting for you.

More specifically, you will:

Acquire new dealers and dealer groups in Poland for the Veact and Infomedia portfolio
Grow the existing dealer base through upselling and cross-selling
Own your deals commercially, from pricing and deal structure to signature
Support the Director on the importer accounts and on joint projects with OEM partners
Run product demos and data conversations with dealer principals, service managers and IT
Maintain a qualified pipeline and provide weekly forecast, with every opportunity in Salesforce
Represent Veact at Polish dealer events and customer appointments

Who you are and what you bring:

Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally selling to car dealerships, dealer groups, importers or OEMs
Automotive background: you know how a dealership operates across sales, service and parts, and who the key decision-makers are
Technical confidence: you are comfortable with software, data and integrations and can run a product demo on your own
You think in business cases, close deals and work with a structured approach and strong CRM discipline
You enjoy opening doors and building a market more than managing an existing territory
Polish as your native language and fluent English. Any additional language is a plus
Based in Poland, willing to travel
